S.F.V Youth Empowerment Center was founded in 2016 by Carmen Winston. Carmen's destiny has always been to have a youth empowerment center in the San Fernando Valley. I would like to influence young people to participate in positive activities which promote personal health and safety, a wholesome attitude to life and their future prosperity, and also be able to mentor young people to become valid, responsible members of the community they live in.
