S.F.V. Youth Empowerment Center was founded in 2016 by Carmen Winston, driven by a deep passion to create a space for youth in the San Fernando Valley. Carmen’s mission has always been to inspire young people to engage in positive activities that promote personal health, safety, and a healthy outlook on life. She is dedicated to mentoring youth, helping them develop into responsible, empowered individuals who contribute meaningfully to their communities and build a prosperous future.
